PHOTOGRAPHY RUNNING DETAILS
The photography running details outline the formalities of your day, such as the preparations, the ceremony, wedding party arrivals, speeches, first dance, farewells etc.
TIP: You can’t really confirm the photography running details until you’ve established these details with your ceremony and reception venues. Most venues have a preferred way for structuring their clients’ run sheets. Also, we’re not to know how you want the photography schedule to run! For these reasons, the Photography Running Details must be filled out by you. Of course, your event manager is always on hand to offer their advice as well.
We can’t receive generalised run sheets to act as the photography schedule, so please do not send us a Word Doc with a rough table, or the timings written within the body of an e-mail. It’s super important to piece together your formalities, arrange timings, locations and activities to shoot (we obviously have some advice in these areas that you can read below) and then fill them out within your My White Tree portal.
Once you’ve worked out the timings for your other formalities and consulted with your venue manager and our event manager, this task will become very straightforward.
You’ll notice that there is a table where you can enter the time, locations and activities to capture for the photographer. You can constantly tweak this running schedule by rearranging rows using the arrows, deleting rows if required, and of course saving draft copies.
